1. Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unopened, unused, with all original seals intact, tags, and in its original packaging.
You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Important:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns on gift cards or final sale items are not accepted.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
2. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it.
If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product:
Contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Do not open or use the item if you do not intend to keep it.
3. Exchanges
To be eligible for an exchange:
The item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unopened, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

We will assist you in replacing the item with the correct product.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
